Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2007!
To celebrate the new year, I have added a "clusty cloud" for students who would like to explore the world of food science and technology. I am looking forward to teaching the "Technical English" course to 2nd year students studying Food Technology and will soon know the dates and times for the course. Buon giorno teacher, vorrei solo sapere quali saranno le date stabilite per l'esame di esonero per gli studenti del primo anno di Teconologia Alimentare.
